Biography

A throwback to the Titans of yesteryear, Payback entered the GWF with a vengeance in 2118. After fellow trainee Tristan was horribly injured by Tanck upon his debut, Payback crashed a GWF show in late 2117, attacking Tanck and Thantos. With his battle cry of "Payback's a bitch!", the Hardcore Titan faced Tanck in every special match he could, often doing more damage to himself than Tanck could. After Lord Nexus left the GWF and disbanded the Titans, Payback joined Bloodline, Switchblade and Tristan in the Federation Defense Fighters, though that alliance lasted only a year before Payback and Tristan opted to reform the Fighting Titans with Reckless as a member. Tanck responded by forming a new CTA-102 squad, and the blood feud between Payback and Tanck entered a new chapter. Next for the hardcore Titan was his chance to shine as the singles star of the super high profile team known as Divided We Fall. A feud with Vidtek in 2122 was another chance for Payback to steal the show. After not being welcomed into Iron Hand's Martial Law, Payback returned to the Titans. With his extreme style having made him a pariah to both Iron Hand and Endgame, the Titans were the only place he felt welcome. In 2124, Payback left the Titans due to a personality conflict with Nitro to strike out on his own. Joining forces with Havoc, who was left out when Eugenics Project became Frontal Assault, the two went after Thraxx and Zygon as On the Edge. Representing the Titans in the Legends of the Ring in 2125, Payback entered into a hardcore feud with Patch. When Hector asked Payback to become the "new" Lord Nexus in 2126, he went too far. Lord Nexus is one of the Titans who inspired Payback to enter wrestling, and asking him to become a parody of his hero was just too much. Joining the FDF Reserves in taking on Hector's Legends, Payback intended to make the doppelgangers pay for mocking tradition. In addition to continuing his feud with the Legends, joined by Ensor, Payback is also facing feuds with Betrayer and Mantis in 2127. With Ensor joining Black Death in 2128, Payback faced a feud with his former partner as well as trying to work with his fellow Titans again. With the Titans under the leadership of Lord Nexus in 2129, Payback is setting his sights on Hector, a man he feels has no respect for the true legends of the GWF.
