Biography

Thayne was a part of the ALWF (Alpha Lyrae Wrestling Federation) when it toured the Jardiil country for the first time. It was during this tour that Thayne broke cultural taboos by falling in love with a Jardiil woman, Gelasia. It didn't help matters any with her brother being Dar Gova, a commander in the Jardiil military. Gova was enraged at Thayne's perceived assault on the Jardiil way of life. The military commander entered the ALWF to feud with Thayne. Their violent contests eventually captured the attention of the CPC's Group of Seven. The CPC felt the feud had “money maker” written all over it. The two competitors were offered contracts, which were accepted. The feud moved to a larger stage as Gova and Thayne entered the CPC in 2114. Thayne kept professing his love for Gelasia, which only enraged Gova further. The two broadened the scope of their feud with the addition of new partners in 2115. Thayne brought in the “mountain of a man” Viggo to counter Gova's recruit, Ahnu. Thayne's group was dubbed the Agents of Change. Gova and Ahnu adopted the moniker Holy War. Many fans found themselves endeared to Thayne's brash attitude and willingness to back his actions up. Others, including the CPC's Olivia Swinden, felt Thayne needed to learn respect for the Jardiil way of life. Thayne was able to foil the arranged marriage of Gelasia to Onami in late-2115. This plan was largely successful due to the assistance of Indigo. The chameleon-like competitor joined the Agents of Change in 2116. Thayne announced early in the year that Gelasia was pregnant. Onami entered the CPC at this time to exact revenge upon the Agents for their part in his failed marriage attempt to Gelasia. It was on November 3, 2116 that Gelasia gave birth to twins Shinara (female) and Varon (male). This was the first time, in known history, that a Jardiil woman has birthed the children of an outsider. This escalated tensions even higher due to this fact and the couple unmarried status at the time of the twins' births. Thayne resumed his singles feud with Dar Gova by 2117. This bitter rivalry expanded yet again as the True Way entered the fray in 2118. Talisman publicly attacked Thayne and his family with comments regarding their supposed lack of morality. The True Way leader did not stop there as he openly criticized the Jardiil religion. The three groups began a brutal “three-way dance” that lasted throughout 2118. Thayne left the CPC as war broke out in Alpha Lyrae in 2119. The embattled star was forced to take Gelasia and their twins into hiding. The war continued into 2120 with the location of Thayne and his family a mystery until found out be Jardiil operatives. In a special ops mission while Thayne was away, his wife and children were captured and hidden away, probably somewhere in Jardill territory. Irate at losing his family and frustrated at not being able to find them, Thayne returned to the CPC is 2120 and demanded that a member of the Jardill race meet him in the ring for the freedom of his family. Unfortunately his frustration caused him to take out his anger on anyone who got in his way, and that anyone was his ex-partner, Indigo. While Thayne was burning bridges, the insurgents in the Jardill occupied southern part of Alpha Lyrae took a bold action and seized the Jardill Magus (a religious leader). Now Dar Gova has dispatched Ahnu to the newly renamed POW to fight Thayne. The winner of this feud is supposed to gain the freedom of the person(s) they want released. Since there is no proof of a connection between Thayne and the insurgents who took the Magus, will they be bound by the results of the feud if Thayne loses?
